*ahem*

On Twitter, my friend Brittany (whose blog you can read and comment on here) said she made, and was totally addicted to, crack rolls. I messaged her and asked if she was talking about an illegal substance, a body part, or a digestible food item. Luckily for everyone, she was talking about these amazingly delish and totally addicting *hence the reference to the illegal substance* deli wraps!

Ingredients:
2 – 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 – Lg. can of olives, chopped
1 – 3 oz. can of chilis (juice & all), chopped
2 – 3 slices of onion (too much can ruin the dish. If it’s a super potent onion, use less.)
1 – Can refried beans
Large tortillas
Salsa

Directions:

  • Open all the cans.
  • Mix everything together (I add 1/4 to 1/3 cup of salsa for taste, but you don’t have to.)

(Brittany apologizes for the blurry photo. Sometimes she gets a bit excited when making these and shakes the camera ;))

  • Spread mixture on tortillas (we usually end up using two to three packages of tortillas—about 16) and roll them up as tight as possible.

  • Once rolled up, put them in the fridge for an hour-ish to cool off and harden up a bit.
  • Once they have been sitting for a while, cut them into bite size pieces and nom! (We always cut the ends off and toss them because there isn’t usually much goop in them. You can use the rest of the salsa for dipping 😀 )
